add more themes (only elegance theme so far, and only in the converter)

there are no other themes in the dvd ripper.

Please fix the GUI of the MP4 Video Converter so it fits into lower resolution monitors.

At present it will only fit correctly at a resolution somewhere between 1024 and 1280. For people who need to use lower resolutions because of eyesight problems, the GUI needs to fit inside an 800x600 screen so that it can be properly read. This...
